I was a cop for the department in Louisiana that gave him an honorary commission. Dude was a complete dbag and tool. I was also loosely involved in the investigation that got his commission revoked. He "allegedly" had young Asian women under "contract" to service his needs. One of the females got out the home he was renting and ran to a near grocery store. There she got a phone and called the police. There was a lot involved in this, so it was not black and white. Anyway, the females were deported, and he was chased.
