To be clear I don't hate the reva stuff it was just the other story was much more compelling. Stranger things keeps all 4 stories equally enthralling.

I thought the stuff with 11 was pretty damn boring until the last 30 seconds of it
@michaelandrews1172 жыл бұрын
Eh, I definitely didn't feel that way about this season. Jason's plotline is something I expect from Riverdale (complete with one dimensional jock/village characters). El's plot was running in circles all season until a last minute revelation. The plot in California is... Well it's certainly there. Hopper's plot has nothing happen - Literally he tries to break out, he breaks out, he goes back to prison, he breaks out. His plot could have been an email.
@snerdterguson2 жыл бұрын
I don't see Jason as one dimensional. Honestly, the religious zealot stuff is kind of new territory to me to the jock character. But even if he was, that's part of the show. Its an homage to 80s film and television. Its like the cheesy gang with Kali, I loved it because it was eighties to a T. Same with Tommy in seasons 1 and 2. He was a perfect example of the 80s bully who is really just a lonely loser. I personally enjoyed the California stuff. It was like a pickle. A little palette cleanser amongst all the trauma occurring in Hawkins. If the show didn't have a comedy break, for lack of better words, it would be a bit too grim. You're kinda right on Hopper imo, but I still enjoyed the scenes because of the obvious chemistry between the actors who play Hop and Dimitri. Also the battle with the Demogorgon was fun and the reunion with Joyce and Hopper was great for me. Love that they kept it silent. No words needed. And learning about Els backstory some more and actually somehow bringing a bit of humanity to one of the most villainous characters in recent history was unexpected and enjoyable. All together, I think it was the best since season one, which I contend is about as perfect as a season of television gets. Also really enjoyed the performance by the actor who plays One. And as always, the a election of music for the soundtrack. *Chefs kiss*

@petarbuglov85322 жыл бұрын
Well since the lab was trying to recreate 001 with those kids, it makes sense that some kids would have the power to make ppl hallucinate/ see things that aren't there as we know that this was something Henry Creel could do. It just might be that 008's power was more rarely inherited among the kids. It could also be that the lab was separating kids into groups depending which power they inherit. When 008 and El were together they were very young and it's possible they still hadn't shown which power they had inherited, and when they eventually did, they were just separated.

At 04:21 it was funny to hear Aaron thinking about pronouncing Nimród :D Antal Nimród is a hungarian (just like myself) director who was born in Los Angeles in 1973, but his parents were both hungarian. He moved back to Hungary in 1991, went to university where he learned movie making. He made some music videos for the biggest local singers, rappers, rock bands, etc., and then he made the hungarian hit movie "Kontroll". It won multiple awards, like the Cannes - Award of the Youth in 2004. He moved back to Los Angeles in 2005. The most known movie that he directed was "Predators" in 2009, and now a few episodes of Stranger Things. We are a small country, with a shitty goverment, but thankfully, in the history we made some big achivements, let it be inventions, sports, directors, actors (Tony Curtis)

@@BTea155 Replies like this never fail to amaze me. Obviously I’ve already watched the show hence why I came to the reaction. The problem is he’s talking (loudly) over the show which prevents Rick, Calvin, and Erick from catching certain things and drains all the tension from the episode. And if his remarks aren’t actually relevant to what’s happening then it’s not really his thoughts on the show. It’s just distracting. Some comments are fine and obviously hearing their thoughts on the episode is why we come here but Aaron tends to go overboard sometimes. Viewers are allowed to have complaints and criticisms. 40:35 In the original Halloween 2, Loomis sees someone wearing what looks like is the same mask as the one Michael wears and he pulls his gun out on him and he tries running away and ends up getting killed by a car driving by. It was then confirmed to be the person that Laurie had a crush on and had finally asked out in the first movie lol. So Laurie's crush died because he was wearing a Michael Myers mask and Loomis pulled his gun on him. Then in Halloween 4, there is a lynch mob of random bar people that try to hunt down Michael Myers and they end up 'accidentally' killing an electrical worker or something like that.

Steve goes through it EVERY SINGLE SEASON. Give him a break. He has to take care of several kids. If they take him out, who's going to be the mother of the group? Because it's definitely not gonna be their actual parents.

Are they finished with the series on Patreon? Did they cut Episode 7 into 2 episodes?

nah they do it as one. But releasing them weekly to KZbin like this was a dumb idea. Reflected in the low views they are getting on these

@@marcofernando9058nope its a good idea. They don't care about views. They make most money from patreon. And if they did for one show then their viewers will complain and demand to do douple drop on other shows which will disrupt their schedule.
