True. As a teenager in the 80s, I only had to be home by 11:00 pm on the weekends when I was on a junior license. Once I had my regular license, it didn't matter. I just had to call in every now and then or give them a general estimate. Even before then, so long as I had a ride home, they were ok if I stayed out late. During the week it was 8:00 or 9:00 so long as homework was done but generally didn't care so long as kept my grades up and stayed out of trouble, which I mostly did. It was great for my Rocky Horror phase to be able to go to the midnight showings so easily with the Denny's outings afterwards!

Eleven basically way over exerted her powers fighting the monster at the end of last season and then she became weak, then that slug thing was in her leg and it supposedly drained the rest of her powers?.. that's what we were made to think anyway. There's been wheels on suitcases since 1970.. but it didn't become normal until the late 90's. Also something almost everyone missed.. Benny's was the place where El first went and stole the burger, then Benny tried to help her and subsequently got shot.. it's been abandoned since.
