That was my dad and I blowing 611 at the beginning! I was first, and after the first blast you can faintly hear me say “I’ve wanted to do that all my life” (originally from BTTF3/Polar Express). Then my dad was the one doing “Shave and a Haircut”.

Great video. The Strasburg Railroad is a fun place to go to, and 611 was the same thing too. Especially when it visits the Strasburg Railroad. I'm going to visit the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad on October 26th 2019. It's a narrow gauge steam logging railroad, it's found south of Yosemite National Park. The Equipment that they have there are open air cars, regular and covered ones, then there are the small vintage rail cars, and finally the narrow gauge Shay steam locomotives. Numbers 10 and 15.

Actually it’s a Hancock 3-chime. Many large steam engines had them, the Big Boys and the Js. The whistle on 611 now isn’t the original, it’s from sister J 610.
