To start our second session of week 2 we must say that decision-making in organizations increasingly depend on the organization's relationships with the environment and the events, circumstances or changes or trends in that same environment. In this sense, the product must vary to meet the trends and requirements of customers and other agents in the environment, then our operations depend on suppliers, available resources, workers (who in a certain way also make up the environment) and technology.
