Excellent as always! It seems many of our autoimmune diseases are from 90 insufficient vitamins, nutrients and fatty acids due to depleted soils. Add low 25hydroxy and you have a perfect storm or maybe windfall. Muscle pain/fibromyalagia: 100 fibro patients were given iodine and 80 saw symptoms reduced. Lack of magnesium also. Headaches/epilepsy: magnesium can reduce the affects. Arthritis: boron at sufficient daily dose. I did get sciatica but that was due to gravity and a motorcycle. Chiropractor worked wonders. Hmmmm.... I'm seeing a trend here.

I’m finally getting rid of my plantar fasciitis by upping D3, magnesium and the biggest surprise calcium! Once I added calcium the pain eased out almost completely. God functional medicine is a miracle.

Great video!......if anyone is struggling with regular tension headaches, I had these for years until I finally learned the fix. Try this: Tension headaches are caused by a lack of circulation/oxygen. Vigorous exercise floods the muscles/tissues of the back, neck and scalp with oxygen. For me, 45 minutes of exercise loosens everything up and gets rid of the pain. I like wind sprints for this...which involves running hard for 1 minute or so, followed up by walking for 1 minute or so to recover. Then run again. Repeat for 45 minutes. I'm sure any exericse will work as long as heavy breathing is involved. Walking or slow jogging doesn't cut it. At least for me. I've got to get the heart rate up. But I think Dr. Peter is right: I look at a computer all day for a living and the strain on the neck is the cause. Any acitivity involving looking down or holding the neck still all day may cause this.

I found red and blue dyes give me migraines along with gluten, msg, weather changes to cloudy and rainy.
