Strawberry Cheese Tarts

Creamy cheese tart with sweet and tangy strawberry filling and crispy flaky tart. Seriously delicious. I'm using my homemade strawberry jam for this recipe. Serve the tarts cold and you'll find it hard to stop munching on them. Do try.

Hi! I didn't grease my cases and they came out easily. I'd give the bottom a few taps to help releasing the tart if it was stubborn :D. Maybe you could try removing them when they're still tiny tad warm? I read that it would help. Also the common trick is, grease and flour the cases so they don't stick. Hope this helps. - Bea 😍
