Ingredients:
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries
1 cup milk chocolate and semi sweet chocolate mix
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions:
1- In a food processor add all your ingredients, except for the chocolate. Blend well, until combined
2-Shape the mixture into 4 bars and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour or until stiff.
4- Before taking out from the freezer, melt your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl or stovetop.
5- Remove them from the freezer, gently submerge each bar in the chocolate and return to the parchment paper. Drizzle with remaining dark chocolate. Transfer to the fridge for the chocolate to set.
