This Dacquoise is wonderfully crisp on the outside and moist and airy in the inside filled with vanilla custard cream topped with strawberries is sure the perfect tea time dessert. Please do give it a try. For better flavour you can use vanilla beans instead of paste or essence and top with any of your favourite fruits.

Gelatine Powder (medium bloom strength) 3g
Cold Water 13g
35% DairyWhipping Cream
