I've tried two of your macarons recipes in the past (milk macaron and chocolate). It was my first time making macarons and they turned out really delicious! Probably not as good looking though.. To be honest I don't think macarons are that hard to make they're pretty simple after you learn, it is however kinda expensive because of the almond. Good job as always, I appreciate your hard work in all recipes that you recreate 👍

What is the ideal room temperature to make macarons? I tried to make some but it didn't rise well

Flat macarons have a number of causes: under or overmixed batter (the process of mixing macaron batter, macronnage, does take time & practice, but look up technique videos), maybe they didn't rest long enough on the counter before being baked (the "skin" that forms before baking is crucial), or the oven is too hot or too cold (many ovens aren't exact and macarons are finicky). Room temperature is generally considered around 68°F/20°C, but humidity can affect macarons, too.
