If anyone is using agar powder instead of gelatin, I would suggest putting 7 teaspoons to get a similar consistency as HidaMari Cooking's pudding ☺️

Thank you so much. I was about to ask. Sadly, gelatin burns my stomach and makes me feel a bit sick so agar is the best option, and it's not generally a 1-to-1 replacement. Greatly appreciate your info 😊🙏💐

ひだまりさんが以前動画で紹介してくださっていた、イチゴとヨーグルトのムースを今でも時々作っています。イチゴが出ていない時期には冷凍イチゴを使っていました。(でもやっぱり生のイチゴの方が美味しくて…)このレシピは最初から冷凍イチゴで、経済的に助かります！また作ってみますね。

To make this vegetarian (As in no gelatin): Just add Agar agar instead of gelatin. If you can't work with agar agar (It's sometimes diff to work with, dessert becomes too tough or too watery) try some other method.
