150 ml whipping cream
160 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
30 g butter
For garnish:
300 g strawberries
Powdered sugar

This dough should be nice and crispy, not rough at all. It the dough it's too thick and overbaked sometimes could be rough. Also don't knead it too much.
