I'm Boone Bake.
What kind of cake do you make on your loved one's birthday?
I always make strawberry cake.
Soft creamy vanilla genoise with sweet whipped cream and stuffed with fragrant strawberries.
Cakes that everyone eats together shouldn't be like or dislike, right?
So, I think this strawberry cake is perfect.
In fact, in a few days it will be my beloved husband's birthday.
I made this cake because I wanted to make a cake with a special design.
So I made it as a practice and left it as a video.
Happy birthday to the one you love..
How about making this special cake?
This cake has to be squeezed out with a thin nozzle, so the cream should be a little dense and chewy.
Otherwise, it will be difficult to make the cake.
So, I added one more ingredient to the milk sangti cream I made this time to make it more dense.

1 egg (without shell) 53g
Heavy Cream (35% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)

● Fluffy vanilla sponge cake
( Mold size: 15cm (diameter) * 2 pcs )

100g sugar (1/2 cup)
a pinch of salt
Vanilla extract 5ml (1tsp)
25g honey (1Tbsp)
40 g milk ( 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
125g cake flour ( 3/4 cup + 2Tbsp)
40g unsalted butter ( 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp)
♥ Lemon Syrup
50 g water ( 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
15g lemon juice ( 1 Tbsp )
30 g sugar ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
♥ Milk Chantilly Cream
90g mascarpone (1/3 cup)
480g heavy cream (2 cups)
65g sugar ( 1/3 cup )
3g cornstarch ( 1/2Tbsp)
Kirsch 5g ( 1 tsp )
Wilton 126
8mm or 10mm round nozzle

Lovely. I would cut off the golden brown part of the cake completely, just my personal preference. I think it makes for a nicer presentation when cut, and makes for a more delicate cake.

My fav cakes are carrot spice with walnuts, mocha torte or Black Forest. Instead of using slices on each layer, maybe coarsely chop then drain the fruit. This way, smaller pieces fit more closely together and there won't be any gaps once the cake is cut.
