It's as if God took the souls of Bill Haley and Chuck Berry and stuffed them into this little, baby-faced, tatted-up guitar genius. He's about the only musician I can think of that is still active and got famous during the rockabilly/50s music revival of the late 70s/early 80s. It's because he is widely talented, and his talent transcends musical genres.

Saw the Stray Cats at the Greek Theater in LA on their 40th anniversary tour. So awesome! My girlfriend Denise said that Brian Stetzer looks the same as he did in the 80's. They sure played just as they did then! Love them!

Too bad the quality is so blurry. This is from Showtime's Rock of the 80s. I was there that night and audience members got onstage to dance before they were thrown off. Wild show! Flock of Seagulls also played and you can see their lead singer in the very beginning of this tape. He and his girlfriend were very short, as I recall.
