Agreed. I bought three over the last two years (diesel, brass boot lug, brass boot wedge). I sold my black RW mocs since I didn't need them anymore.

@ yes 👍 they are so much fun to wear having to be more careful about the pavement you’re walking on LOL. and they feel/look better than rubber in my opinion. and the experience of wearing leather soles while most of the people these days wear rubber soles makes me feel that much more confident, comfortable, and “unique” with my own style. Leather soles for everyday city wear and rubber soles for outdoor adventures or in rainy/snowy environments! ✌️

Brannock sizing is deceptive people don’t rely on it. I wear an 11 in Brannock and if I ever purchased that size the shoes would be one size and half too big. It’s a poor way to measure feet. My size is easily 9.5 or 10 waaaaay off from Brannock

It's just hard for me to try another boot when I look at Grant Stone. I have their Edward and Diesel and don't think I'd get any more boot if I spend more (unless it's 1000+) and their lasts are my favorite. 😊

I have that same GS shoe also in crimson. The leather soles were so slippery when new, but they are great now. Grant Stone is probably my favorite brand. Have you tried their loafers yet? I have the Penny loafer in crimson. Another excellent shoe from GS.

I like the renegade, i got the waxed flesh in 9.5 for my 9.5E foot and it fits great with thick socks i like.

I have to return a pair of Thursday's high profile loafers. The right shoe was too big. My heel slides out and it feels very wide. The left is a snug fit, which means if i downsized, the left would be too tight. I haven't had this discrepancy in a pair of shoes. I am so sad. They are beautiful and perfect for winter. I am bummed

Such a bummer. I had that problem with a pair a chelseas from a different brand and it turned out they accidentally put two different sizes in the box.
