For the Executioner, if he is attempting to drop the anvil you can see the white circle around it before it is fully dropped. That's the area of effect, not just the exact location of the anvil. I don't know if you can see it on low graphics tho.

It's not really the skill issue, it's the insane complaining. Pulls the whole map, wonders why he gets bodyblocked. Stands in the mechanic for 3 seconds, melts and rages. Says 100 to 0 when he was clearly tanking shots with a caster class. This is the reason why I'm not watching streamers. They think subscriber number correlates to skill.

I think my monk might be nerfed. I have not had the issues these guys are having. I'm basically going attack speed lightening monk. I use the Killing Palm, the stun palm, the thunder slam, and the lightening triple hit thing for bosses. I've only failed to 1 shot twice in all of act 1.

To anyone new to path of exile: whether your intention is to play a little or a lot, recommend your first playthrough on softcorw/standard. Learn the game, the bosses, most important RETAIN the information. When you decide to reroll, play on HC, recall everyrhing you learned on your soft run & strive to duplicate or exceed the success you had on your softy run. Cheers. 👍

by design rolling too much for no reason will get you killed. Only roll when needed otherwise high movement speed is usually enough. i quit spam rolling and have found it much easier to react now.

If you can stack enough. Devs have a weird thing against base regeneration even though incoming damage VASTLY overpowers anything short of flask chugging. But a 10k es "it's fine" unless the players access something that prevents chaos damage from being the player delete button.

I mean, i play HC only and i started few days ago. Yes some abilities and moments are super scuffed, but the streamers have 600 hp at level 28 and are surprised they die? Lol Or prioritize damage over an ability dodge. While not using flasks, are all deserved deaths.

I agree. I don't think the dodge roll should give pure phasing, but perhaps they could tweak it to let you phase through like maybe 2 or 3 mobs? So many of the locations are so tight that it's super easy to get surrounded unless you play extremely timidly. And even then sometimes enemies just appear out of nowhere and surround you.

@@KhronicD Deaths mean something in this game, you HAVE to play carefully, this isn't poe1 or diablo4. Of course you are going to get body blocked if you bumrush headfirst into encounters, you are literally biting more than you can chew, specially with melee classes. This means that the game plays a lot more strategically since you have to be careful at all times about enemy positions and try to group them to hit them with our AoE while trying to not get boxed in, unlike poe1 in which you don't even look at the screen and only press one button to kill everything.

@@GamesPlayer1337 It only felt like cutting through butter because the only way to build to survive in PoE1 was to kill it before it kills you. Literally my first character ever in PoE1 I built with intention to be a tank. I had more armor than base mobs had health by a factor of three. Monsters still had no problem damaging me because of the backmath where no matter how much of any base defence layer you stack it base hard caps at 75%. They want to slow the game down and if the death montages are any indication the devs still have no idea what they're doing in trying to achieve a slower game rhythm. You could spec to be a literal walking tank and the goblin with the poop knife wouldn't even need to be lucky. Tone back top end offense. Why spec defense if you can kill the endgame bosses in 5 seconds or less. Tone defense WAY up. Because why spec defense if it only makes it minorly less likely to get one tapped by SOMETHING. Improve loot so it's only minor to moderately better to speed run. I shouldn't have to kill the same eldritch god TWENTY PLUS times to get at least the non chase item from it.
