I've created reels for Instagram, but I posted them on my main page, so they don't get deleted after the 24 hour mark. As for my content calendar, I prefer handwriting it all into one of my reusable, laminated sheets. I take about an hour on the last day of the month and figure out what I want to do for the following month. I've tried using electronic/online calendars, but I just don't use them and I end up forgetting to do so.

Would love an asana video. Question, for a team of 1, that does all parts of the pre-post planning and video making what column headings would you suggest? I'm not really sure how I would utilize the columns. Since I'm so everything I just kinda know what I need to do to get the video done. Ideas would be great !

The column headings is part of the Kaban method. It's a project management tool to help with visualizing workflow, seeing where there's bottlenecks in your process, etc. I'd say yes, do it. What did you end up choosing to do this last year?

Why do you label the boards the same as the subtask? For instance, a board is labeled In edits, and on the template, a subtask has an Edits section with all the tasks.....

Long time Asana (free version) user here! I'm having trouble finding the "Add Team" button on my menu. I have an "Invite Teammates" option, but I'm the only one in my business, so that's not really useful. Any idea how to help?

@@hidayaharshad @j.o.d.i.e You both likely have a Workspace, which only allows for one team. Multiple teams are available in Asana Organizations. Hopefully you've figured this out, but wanted to mention it in case it was helpful :)
