Love Australians spirit in keeping old things alive. So many people these days throw things as soon as they have a couple years on the clock.

Great video presentation! This was the 1st time I've been to streamliners since moving to NSW in December 2021. Had a couple of fellow foamers drive from Adelaide to Hillston to pick me up, then onwards to Goulburn. Loved the display of 1/1 scale as well as the HO & 7 & 1/4. Even managed to meet the legend Bernie himself. Shame it was cancelled this year (2024). I will definitely come to the next one!

@@wezza60 Unfortunately not! The first Streamliners was held in 2016, then this event held in 2022. Organising an event like this (Particularly when a lot of it is Bernie Baker and a small team) takes ALOT of effort!

Great video love streamlines . My father was a engine drive he was lucky enough to have started on steam than moving on to diesel power from Dubbo than moved to Sydney and was based at Delec. Where he still drove steam but they were on the outer . He told me he’d rather drive diesel’s than steam and as kid I use to go to work with him on the odd accession. Before all this OHS.

¡Hola KCSM_1200! Cuando te refieres a 'chatas', ¿te refieres a aburridas o planas? Ojalá no quieras decir eso 😜 (When you mean 'chatas', do you mean boring or flat? Hopefully you don't mean that 😜)
