Thank you. Unfortunately I'm not the owner nor devs, I don't know anything about it other than only invited guests chosen by the owner has the access. Aren't there plenty of Russian servers, most notably Drift Paradise? There's that as an alternative. There are dedicated communities like us too but Russians, just check the server's page and you'll find one.

I have more than 4,000 hours on Drift paradise, I’m already very bored with this server, and so are the others. And on this server I see cool models such as Toyota Verossa, Mark 110. Can you provide a link to the developers, I just don’t know how to contact them at all.@@stylewaysattraction
