I feel like everyone just sorta forgets that Bison's ENTIRE SCHTICK is that he farms bodies to possess after his psycho power slowly destroys his old ones. Like, he effectively has ALREADY died over and over and over. It's his entire gimmick. Of course he came back, like what are you people talking about?

I think I know what happened. When Ryu unleashed the Power of Nothingness on M. Bison at the end of A Shadow Falls, it split the dictator in two, with one half becoming Phantom Bison, and the other being this amnesiac remnant. Of course, in World Tour, both halves re-merge, which means trouble in the foreseeable future.

He literally tells the avatar he has no way of knowing if he is a clone or not and when the Shadaloo scientists ask him what they should call he pretty much tells them whatever the f**k you want, I don't care.

He never asks anything about his past. How did he die. Who killed him? And he always speaks of Bison as if he was talking of someone else. Oh, and he also doesn't care if his subordinates call him Bison, Vega, Lord, or something else as long as they do what they are told. That is completely out of character for someone as egotistical as Bison, who would surely want to make sure everyone knew he was back.
