Nope, it's not good and has many flaws, and both MK Deception, MK Armageddon, MK9, MKX, MK11 and IJ2 all had much, MUCH better content than any SC game ever made.

If you’re trying to play SF6 for World Tour, I’d advise against buying the PS4 version if you have other options. You’re stuck at 30fps for fights in World Tour. Otherwise, everything Capcom has been showing about SF6 seems like a home run. As for Modern Controls, and you can still do EX/OD moves. But the simplified inputs come at 20% damage penalty for specials & supers. Charge moves still have to be charged, but mostly from the standpoint of holding the direction then pressing the button. And going into Ranked, Capcom confirmed that there will be ranked phases. So that’s likely their take on ranked seasons that you see in Apex Legends or Overwatch 2.

How can it be argued that strive single player is bad? You don't even play story mode, u watch it and put the controller down😂. It doesn't even have M.O.M.

Strive Single Player is good but it certainly is only good if that's your jam. Talked with many SF players who laughed when they said you can't even play it. You can just watch it on KZbin

00:49 - LMAO GG Strive single player "content" is a joke, it's no where near MK's SP content: A movie with no gameplay as a "story mode", an Arcade mode with bare minimum effort endings and a survival mode, THAT'S IT. While MK11 alone has a full cinematic story with gameplay, the Towers, the Krypt, customization system and more. And as for SF6, it is better than GG Strive, but still very flawed in comparison to MK11 and all other NRS/WB games: The World Tour has a bunch of issues like no voice acting outside of the main cutscenes, no actual climax-story outside of meeting the SF chars, nonsensical abilities like "time slowing", and the free roaming is very limited as you can truly free roam in only two areas in the game. Battle Hub is also flawed as the CAC system has way too much freedom that you create these abomination-looking chars, the Arcade games are on a timed rotation so you can't play the ones that you want at any time, and the club system allows you have only up to 100 members max. And of course the roster at launch is really bad with only 18 characters. The only truly good thing in SF6 is the Fighting Ground, but that's it really.

A lot of people feel this way, but GGST single player is good for some. Me, personally, I would rather watch a movie than play a single player event. It depends on your perspective. The audience that SF6 single player appeals to is definitely bigger than GGST, but I would say for some GGST single player is good.

@@YohosieFGC Everyone can have their own preferences, sure, but it's not good when GG Strive charges you for the same price as an AAA game not only it's not but you got NRS/WB games that actually deserve that price. Hell, SF6 is more deserving of that full price and that also doesn't really deserve it. That's why it's not about personal preferences here.

maybe not people who follow Yohosie's channel, but casuals do. it's what attracts new players to the game. and having a healthy population is what keeps fighting games alive for a long time, it's what makes tournaments popular, and thus indirectly also influences the number of pros playing it, I think that's what she is saying.

I only got injustice cause it had a cool story. Not everybody likes sweating online. Hell some people don't have online. And in that case paying 60 bucks to just be in a training area sounds ridiculous.

I bought Soul Calibur 2 way back when because I played it on cab and liked it. I put a ton of time into that game and played on my own when I didn't have someone next to me thanks to Weapon Master mode. Better single player modes are great for new player onboarding.

Yep, they do, and a lot of people but them only for the single player content.
