FUN FACTS: The actress who portrayed Sakura Kasugano is known for: A Crossroad Called Manzanar (2010), Music Of Goodbye (2013), Mojave '43 (2013), Scarlett (2014-20??) etc. In this video, Ryu is wearing sandels that bare similarly to Akuma's sandels, originally Ryu has bright red, padded slippers shown from Street Fighter 1 (1987) In this movie, the scene of Ryu destroying a car is set during the events of Street Fighter Alpha 2, it was originally was set during the events of Street Fighter II. The Yakuza goon could be affiliated with Shadowlaw, because he asked Ryu to destroy a car (a mission Master Bison would normally give.)

This was pretty entertaining! I think this short did a lot of things right. Ryu only says about ten words by the time he's done with the bonus stage. It's a nice comparison when you literally put him next to Sakura, bold high school girl. I'm not totally sure whether Sakura would use "anata" with Ryu, but she's already in his face to begin with, so it makes sense.
