This is a pretty heroic theme for a villain. Crimson from Street Fighter Alpha 3 is probably the most representative of Vega's personality. Also, whoever did the official portraits for the characters is amazing.

Darkyellow327 Kind of an anti-villain, he actually looks after himself only, he has the same aspirations as Bison (immortality) but he doesn't always take down the heroes. Especially if they're beautiful women.

Darkyellow327 I know it's 2 years old, but for anyone else wondering it's Daigo Ikeno. He also did the Street Fighter 4 portraits and the Street Fighter 3 Third Strike illustrations. I've seen his artwork in Capcom vs SNK 1, and it looks kinda bad.

USA thought that the name Vega sounded "wimpy" for him. Balrog was originally named Bison. The center of the reason why it was changed: Fear of a lawsuit by Mike Tyson And thus Vega got Bison's original name.
