Possibly, unless Capcom finally makes a Street Fighter game that follows up on SF3's events (which could potentially be the next Street Fighter, given the amount of story elements in SFV that relate to SF3).

Definitely. I never had a problem with M. Bison as A villain, but I never found him to be a very good MAIN villain. On the other hand, Gill's appearance just screams "Main Villain" in my opinion.

'Tech Bonus' is simply the game's name for Parrying (which is called Teching in Japan), which is done by either pressing forward when an overhead or mid attack is about to hit you, pressing down when a low attack is about to hit you or by pressing forward/down when an attack is about to hit you when you're in the air.
