The damage scaling makes so sense on some characters and why do some characters not have 2 super moves?

Probably because it was enough of a hassle just coming up with one lol. I like the fact that the supers fit right in line with their respective characters and the creator didn’t make them super over the top. I could see these being in the original game

True as that is, the damage of some of these supers seemed very small. Especially Cody's, his did the most hits and I think the least damage! Some characters have single hits that hurt more than his super!

In Street Figher Alpha 1 & 2 (I believe), they only have two supers.

Cool project, but sadly the link is down on it's official website. But i don't worry, cause i made my own ultimate mugen street fighter game, with all available Street Fighter characters, starting from SF1 and ending with SF5. Now i'm adding crossover street fighter characters, like from Marvel vs Capcom or Capcom vs Snk.

Check out the moveset file, game had it somewhere if I remember it correctly.

The super moves are too weak. A regular hadouken fire ball can take half your life.

As per MUGEN tradition, the damage is really low. I don't understand by MUGEN devs love to have "bullet sponges" in their games.
