Especially with the moves he pulls off in Mortal Kombat 9 (2011), it took me twenty tries to beat him as Liu Kang in story mode. His x-ray attack was so brutal and depending on how low your health is can kill you with the first hit. Of course it's worse in the 300 tower challenge where he gets power boosts and the character you're playing as gets stuck with tokens that weaken you.

Why? Akuma still beats Bison in current SF and Kahn scales above both of them. Nothing would change accept that the coreography would be better and Kahn would body him harder. If anything, they should complete the system and do Bison vs Shang Tsung. Then we'd have all four character in an effective 2v2.

Jimmy Neutron (Nickelodeon) VS Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory, Cartoon Network)

I've wanted this for such a long time. Between the two, I think Jimmy would win. Dexter has more destructive inventions, but they're regularly destroyed by Deedee, so I don't think Jimmy would have too much trouble figuring out how to dismantle them. Jimmy isn't without destructive mecha either, which could at least buy him time to figure out a way to defeat Dexter. Both are toonforce characters with associated durability, with Dexter taking explosions to the face and having his hair set on fire, while Jimmy can survive the vacuum of space without protection. However, Jimmy has inventions that can overcome toon durability, such as his Cheese Ray and Molecular Atomizer, and I don't think Dexter has anything similar. Jimmy is also much better at thinking on his feet, courtesy of his Brain Blasts, even if they give him utterly zany solutions to problems. Dexter, on the other hand, has ended up stupefied on several occasions and is far more stubborn, which would hinder him in creativity. For example, there's that episode where Dexter fought with Mandark over the glory of saving the earth. Jimmy, while occasionally a bit arrogant, is far better at setting aside his pride when needed. There's a lot going for Jimmy on the creativity side, including how he has a good social life and how his parents do encourage his scientific genius (within reasonable limits), whereas Dexter views his peers as annoyances and has to keep his laboratory secret from his parents (who wanted to ground him for life once they found out about its existence). Science has shown that a better social life results in better creativity, so Dexter is kinda shooting himself in the foot on that front. And if all else fails, Jimmy also has his time-control remote, which would let him go back in time and avoid making a mistake twice. And while Dexter does have that invention that lets him steal an enemy's intelligence, that requires considerable prep time, which is not allowed in Death Battle (if Dexter got prep time, they'd have to give it to Jimmy too). Many of Dexter's inventions require setup, while Jimmy has several that are portable and on his person, making them a lot more convenient. Overall, while Dexter could win in certain circumstances, I feel Jimmy would take the win due to his better creativity, more convenient gadgets, and due to having the means to overcome toon durability, whereas Dexter, despite having more destructive weaponry, would likely get out-thought and out-teched.
