Very useful information. I grew up fighting on the streets. I use to get jumped by the same trio . I was tall for my age but not in any good shape. Its not until I saw my first Bruce Lee movie when I started to fight back with Fury. I imitated is body movement as he threw punches and parried as well. My dad helped me a bit. Those bullies never picked on me or anyone around me ever again. Thank you for making these videos.

I feel like your videos support a lot of how Nick Diaz fights

What are your thoughts on Nick and how he fights?

Jeff Patz Hey Jeff, I think Nick is using a style of fighting that is tailor made for MMA, Pugilism has been around for thousands of years and has been proven. I keep wondering when other fighters will start to fight in this manner.

BareFisted A lot of people compare Nick's approach to Daniel Mendoza's from old Bareknuckle prize fighting days. Similar in approach and overall mentality as well.
