@ 19:00 I can't believe my eyes! When I was in my early 20's back in around 2000 or so, my friend and I were at a small Chinese buffet. They had a soft serve ice cream machine. We decided it would be interesting to drizzle and then with more experimentation, mix in and then drizzle, soy sauce on the ice cream. We also thought it tasted sort of caramel-like. I feel like we were on to something. :) This is so wild to see!!

Be careful sitting down to eat street food. Avoid stalls and places that have no running water to wash the dishes and spoons. Hepatitis A and other horrors are transmitted not from the hot food but from the bowls, spoons, chopsticks. Don't let the fact that the locals seem unconcerned fool you, they have far stronger stomach than you.
