Good Sunday Mark, Ying, little guy Micah, Joel, Fadhlur, and Anwar! Malaysia looks so beautiful and so many spicy, warm, so good, and so delicious foods! As I am watching your video, I am thawing out from the "polar vortex"! For two weeks here, we reach close to minus -40 temperatures. A table spoon of hot crush chili flakes definitely help in your hot soup to keep warm in cold or freezing winter's day!

Hey Mark! Glad to have you in Malaysia. One note though, normally after eating banana leaf rice, people fold the leaf towards them, not against like what you did. It shows that you enjoyed the food and appreciated the hospitality. Folding against means that you did not enjoy the food. But it’s fine since it is something new. I learned this from the waiter too. Cheers mate!
