For Stairway you need to be able to do a bar, and for sweet child you need to be able to move your fingers somewhat fast and precisely. Begginers can't do this. Unless it sounds like shit people should be allowed to play this without getting stared at.

I just feel it's better to be mindful of the fact that not everything is under your control, because one day for sure you get knocked down, and when you do, if you didn't have the right mindset it's very easy to fall into self blame and regret when you obsessively think that you could have done X to avoid Y. And if you fall into that cycle it's much harder to get back up if you're susceptible to this kind of thing. I know this from personal experience.
