At least it looks sunny, warm and dry and they have multiple guys out there working. I've worked at night under a car in the freezing cold while it was snowing on my legs, alone, or lying in freezing cold water, or working completely blind in tbe dark at night by feel. Or surrounded by stuff and cars having squeeze between things or climb over them.

Ppl lift car engines without chain horse or hydraulic engine remover. My pop's used to lift engines out of cars when I was younger without either one with the heads an other stuff broken down off of engine I've seen it done before.💯.

Proper chaps, doing a proper job, they just make it happen, and, as a bonus are truly good for the planet, we can learn from these fellows in our throwaway society

They "do" out of necessity. They would "do" as we do within weeks of living in the West. Human nature.

I'll take those repairs over nothing any day of the week. Wish I had even the slightest bit of knowledge on how to put together an engine and having it start up? Like I said, they have a talent worth some money over here where I'm from.😮

bro they just lifted an engine out without a hoist, i dont care how small an engine is it still weights a shit ton
@5Dale658 күн бұрын
No it doesn't. It's a small 3-cyl petrol engine. It could not even be a full liter in displacement. If you strip it of all the manifolds and additional stuff, it could be about 50-100kg worth of weight.

It's a three cylinder rear wheel drive. Plenty of room. They probable did go under at some point of those bolts where missing. Probable the latter knowing Africa.

I saw one video where russian man removed an engine from his VAZ 2101 (Russian car). He did it alone, without removing alternator and water pump. I didn't find it in KZbin, but it was in VK.
