It doesn't surprise me. I knew that something like this would happen. 3.73 Off The trailer has the potential to run in the high 3.60s, which I think is nice that he shared it with the fans, but the question is if this benefits the future of NPK by letting know the ET. Congratulations!

That is very impressive. Many people think an NPK can.should run way faster on a prepped track. Truth is the cars can’t get after it much harder down low without shaking the tires. The way the cars are built (weight bias and crank centerline) they just have too much bite for a prepped track. I would think the prepped surface would help turbo cars in the second 330’.

I honestly don’t know why you are so impressed with the times NPK cars run. The cars are 99% the same as Pro Mods. The only real differences are the steel roof and quarters and the engine placement.

That’s fast but we’ve seen fast numbers from Jim Before and when it’s time to perform in races outcome is differnt . The tracks temps etc will be different from what he’s running now lol

This year they don't even have enough cars to fill a 32 car field. Now it is dying off, these guys who really don't have chance to win will have to reconsider there financial situation for next year. This is the best year yet because more cars are equally powerful and also equally make mistakes when pushing that hard. They only don't post times because they say no prep started without times. It's not what the drivers want it what the fans want, even just show reaction times make it more exciting or This could be the end.

I couldn't watch No Prep Warz yesterday, but I heard they used a Pro Tree, and they were commenting on the R/T, etc. I loved that idea you mentioned.

Last year we seen Lutz , Ryan , Howe and Odom run numbers similar to that last year they all set records last year at a event that wasn’t part of NPK. Howe won’t be that fast when 2nd half of season starts

On prep no Problem Murder Nova runs 70.or lower on npk no Problem for this cars

That is on a prepped track, there are afew cars that can run that on prepped track. But no prep is different

The problem is Jim Howell is very inconsistent and won with an illegal motor at Maple Grove.

We raced at HEMI weight and we were legal. Nice try. We have had some struggles. But... 3.73 375. 3.71 pretty consistent.

Mr. Howe is on the house, his engine is totally legal, nothing different from Chuck 55 or Alex Laughlin, and logically it has to run at HEMI weight because it is

@tomasmowery164 it was legal at the first race. It did not have a hemi chamber. And I still raced at hemi weight. It was legal either way. The greatest tech man in racing are doing our tech. They are far smarter then the average internet expert.

@@HoweMotorsportsNPK it's not just about numbers. Sure they can carry into a race but anything can happen. You just need to cut a light, stay with them or get ahead at the 60 ft., and beat them to the 330 at the 1/8 mile. For one Ryan Martin was inconsistent with the Fireball with the screw blown setup before he brought his Procharged Grey Car out.
