They do, just around 2-3AM where there are likely no cars around or no cops on duty in those areas. The sound is pretty loud too. If it was broad daylight, they'll definitely get a chase of their lifetime.

@leenuhh I was just about to say…. They do it down my street at all hours of the night. And in a 20 mph - they’re doing 65-80 mph. They don’t care until it’s them. Or theirs.

Check it out, If that parking lot is private property and the owner hasnt asked for them to be kicked out then theres no issue. Know your rights. This is exactly why I never got in trouble for doing burn outs and drifting the publix parking lot with my ford ranger...
