Ingredients:
1 cup Basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes)
1 onion (sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 carrot (chopped)
4-5bens
1 potato (diced)
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup green onion
2 green chilies (slit)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
2-3 cloves
1 tbs seachwan sous
1-2 green cardamoms
1tbs green chilli sauce
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil or ghee
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
