Hey Chef. I tried the recipe yesterday for dinner and it turned out amazing. My son rolled his eyes as if he went into medication as soon as he had the first bite. Tried this recipe today and it was just fabulous! Lovely recipe Chef Sanjyot. One alteration i made was to add more lemons if they're small and to balance the sour, I added a little honey. Mix it up and it was literal heaven! My mother was apprehensive about me adding honey but it just cuts through the sour so well and tasted so so good!
