How To REMOVE the Yakima Mega-Warrior Roof Basket from your Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition

In this video I show just how simple it is to remove the Yakima Mega-Warrior roof basket from your Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition. As you can imagine, this is super straight forward… BUT I’ve been asked on a few occasions on just how difficult it was to do. Hope this is helpful to at least a few folks!

Do you have plans to put a full roof rack on yours? I took my Yakima off and now I’m thinking I want a full roof rack. The thing is just trying to figure out which one to get and making sure it’ll still fit in the garage.

So I have a 200 HE but didn't even know there was a key for rack, until now, when I'm trying to remove it. The dealership never provided a key to me, that I know of. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get the keys? I wonder where they would have been when I got it. I looked already in glove box, but nope, nothing.

You can contact Yakima and explain. You should be able to provide them with a serial number from your rack and they’ll issue you one.

Now take those FJ Racks off the 4runners. Replace with a prinsu rack
