Ich habe viele Sorten vom türkischen Brot gegessen. Manche schmecken ziemlich gut ... besonders das lang gezogenes Fladenbrot.... Das runde Fladenbrot sollte man den Teig etwas lang ziehen ( so wie Ellipse) , dadurch wird knuspriger und geschmackvoller ( wie das iranische Brot).

benim çocukluğumda yumurtalı bide dendimi pidenin üzerine yumurta kırılırdı. şimdi leğene dökülüyor üzerine serpiştiriliyor. sadece pide yumurta kokuyor başka hiç birşey değil. ayrıca pideli yumurtaya yumurta parası alınıyor sanki üzerine hakkı kadar yumurta konulmuş gibi.

These dudes have it down pat!! Yet I just want to make a simple flatbread at home for my mom and me?? Anyone have recipe to share? I tried a couple cups of ap flour, oil. Yeast, sugar and slash of salt then my bread sucked. Tasted BLAND.

Diese menschen machen alle arbeit in einer backerei in der turkei und manchmal leben in einer kleinen wohnung neben der backerei, so er kann nicht alle gehabt haben was man will und auch es ist unglaublich schwer die kleidung sauber zu halten weil man mit mehl arbeitet und es geht in alle richtungen.

This display of creating bread and cakes is an example of balanced, proportionate technological advances assisting mankind. Now consider the machinery enabling mass-produced bread to feed larger numbers of humans, versus the front of shop cash register that is determined by this thoroughly opaque thing called the internet, with regard to requiring some form of accessibility to just transact with consumers, who by extension are humans that require the same accessibility to essential services, followed to its rightful intellectual conclusion, that concludes that humanity is now dependent upon factors previously not actualised, it can be described as nothing other than a reasonable issue to challenge, as to the downsides versus upsides in an open, free, democracy and that has not occurred. Am i suggesting technology is obstructive totally to the wellbeing of people? No, but consider the fact that if humans now require a technological prerequisite to transact or access things they did not before, it follows that if humans of privileged advantageous positions wanted, such as authority or big business elites, well, people can effectively be disrupted from all sorts of things that pertain to their wellbeing and so i think the argument is that no such thing as a technical glitch is a reality, yet it is propogated widely as being responsible for disrupting citizens desire to function and improve, you can argue that a bread mixing machine might falter, presumably an engineer would determine why so, and then fix it. No different to anything else, we now have humans effectively disallowed randomly access to things that otherwise, upon reasonable scrutinty of what is cited, would not be permitted, by law or by fellow citizens outrage of what can be described as nothing other than discriminatory. How could it be described as anything other, if one set of humans are 'permitted', 'allowed' access to services or goods or whatever it is, yet another are not unless they 'conform' - i think that will become apparent regardless of elections, insofar as widely an issue of meaning in many formerly free countries that valued genuine freedom and not some sort of new paradigm that is undemocratic and stupid and wrong.
