I always like the green pandan flavoured desserts, though I'm sure the others taste good too. Mangosteen and melon ice bars! Those green durian pillows at the end...

It would be great to know exactly what the ingredients are that they use as they are preparing the food. It all looks so great, but I know they use different foods than other cultures or sometimes the same. It would be really informative to include info as the cook. Thank you for your videos

Ani Johnson The green stuff calls Foi Thong, An ancient Thai dessert, Made from yolk and sugar. 3.40 is also Foi Thong too.☺️

It's not marshmallow. It's whipped egg white and sugar. By the way , in this video is not traditional recipe. This one put many too many unnecessary filling and topping.
