My wife and I are probably days away from having our first kids. Boy and girl twins. Made the decision a little over 2 months ago to give Mtntough a go and get physically, and primarily, mentally as ready as possible, and do more hard things. They totally are kicking my ass, but the programs are great. Also did the first Mtn mindset series, which is amazing and super digestible.

I think the reason for such low views is there is a major disconnect between these high level athletic guys and the average person. The average person has no way to connect to just the beginning of any of this topic.

I see what you’re saying. I think that’s more the KZbin algorithm being less favorable to his content. And society pushing “body positivity” and a bunch of other self destructive narratives. But I could be wrong. It’s up to us to spread the word and stand up for these better principles.
