Absolutely love your training style, this is such a perfect guide for boxers. This stuff can be so complex, it can be hard to know what is the right methods to choose. I like how it is simple but very logical and science based. Great stuff!

It takes good experience and rationality to know your day-to-day fitness in this lift, and we're usually poor judges of this. Especially as beginners. It is a very stressful exercise at heavy weights

Why do you do squats towards the middle when it’s arguably the most taxing and biggest exercise out of them all
@PowerTraining3 жыл бұрын
For majority of the time when I train my athletes, the order goes 1. Power Exercises (Explosive), 2. Compound strength exercises, 3. Isolation/accessory. Power exercises require a lot of mental preparedness, so they are prioritized first. We would not start with the back squat unless there is a compelling reason to

Some fighters are just born with heavy hands. With proper training and technique they become George forman or Manny. Other never get as powerful even with training.
