When you do the eye movement, then head movement with two different objects, are you supposed to do it for a minute or is there a certain amount of reps to do?

Have you had a VNG or VEMP to see which parts of the otolith have been damaged? Sometimes it helps to identify which exercises are missing. normally 8-12 weeks recovery time. if the haircells were damaged somehow you can have longer standing lightheaded sensation anytime your upright. Some ideas for exercises: I really like the trampoline for otolith activation, but also a swing which helps with forward backward activation of the otoliths

@@treatdizzinessathome2023 I don't know exactly which part was damaged and in the island (Reunion island) I live on no specialist can assess the evoked potentials. I was affected in December 2023 and I started rehabilitation late, in April 2024. I felt an improvement and I did not continue the exercises long enough. I'm starting everything again with a new physiotherapist and your videos (poor content in France on this subject). I hope I'll get over it ! Thank you very much Amy for the help provided.

@@Muriel.Prabonaud if you have any issues where the fluid in the inner ear is causing your dizziness like under lymphatic, hydrops or mère disease or parallel fistula sometimes there is an impact of dizziness with air travel. Other than that air travel doesn’t affect things like BPPV, but sometimes being visually stimulating people with persistent, postural, perceptual, dizziness, or visual vertigo symptoms.
