I don´t want to take anything away from the guy but straddle planche and lever assisted cross work isn´t too crazy... Especially if you are under 6ft tall.

Andrii is pretty tall for a handbalancer, i believe he is like 5'9 or 5'10. And being fully honest if u wanna see actually impressive stuff he does go look at his instagram account, this video is a pretty small part of what he can actually do. He is a Cirqu Solei artist for a reason💪🏻😂
@GDurango113 жыл бұрын
@@SebastianRodriguez-wb9ev he's 160 centimeters tall. 🤷🏾♂️ there's a guy called Ulrike on Hands who's 190 cm tall and do almost the same stuff.

I hope This guy doesn't fool us and it's just a misunderstanding of his real capacity, cause at the end of the video i've got into confusion when he used straddle planche instead of full varition while performing two of those transitional moves - one is swinging L-sit to Straddle on parallels, the other is to descent Straddle into L-sit on rings. Apparently, it seems he has a solid strict base of calisthenics/gymnastics as an advanced athlete and i strongly think that every of his workouts adequately involves an impactful core session. You can easily see there are more he can do. So the thing which made the question mark in my head is why he has chose not to be generous at performing his skills in order to make huge massive destructive effect at once to pump those peoples' mood up like me in need of higher activation energy (Mount Everest level) even if all these performed elements were enough by my side. I would do so, OK! This is enough public amusement for you Loozers, i'm not a clown! Give an end to your safely lying on the couch and create your destiny by your own. NOW, By doing this, he made me fall into an expectation that he'll display the more advanced ones in another, and there you made an arrangement inbetween for meeting up in near future. For readers, this might be quite long for such a short detail, but my prior aim is to dramatically enjoy with 'pretty little things' beyond its measure as i do in general. I hope either you did so. ;-) Thanks to Strength Project for their gradually increasing works in these days. Keep motivating the Loozers (me included) :^)))
