First time trying this one! (New follower 👋) Static Crawl is really hard, and also hard on my weak wrists. I wonder if there is an alternative move for that? Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏🏻

Yeah, I loved that too! Speaking your humility early on in the ab practice and then showing your uncertainty and progression on the backflip were the real lessons in this vid.

Dear Josh, after many years trying tons of workouts, training and challenges your daily program got me rid of my stiff hip. It was stiff for at least 3 years and I did not even notice it, physicians treated me wrong, doctors gave me painkillers. Its so simple... just move smoothly and relax. Danke Bruder! (thx bro)

Been following two of your ab workouts, alternating daily, followed by one of your stretching routines, for four weeks. I have made great gains in a short time, stronger, more flexible and improved balance, and this is just the beggining of my journey. Thanks for sharing. God bless you!

I really appreciate how your content invites us to explore movement at our own pace. So many workout videos end up discouraging me because I can't keep up with the instructor and to be honest even when I was thinner and going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week I have always felt I had little flexibility and poor balance. I tried some crawling today outside and actually managed to do it for a bit. I have also ordered a rope from Way of Rope.

Hi, I´m Tarin from Venezuela, but living in Chile now. I want to thank you because I thought that because of my menopause and my age ( 47) already I would not be able to achieve these movements. Thanks a lot . I even had some trouble with my swollen feet, but I bought the right shoes and tried these movements. It is very important for me to be able to move properly every day. I am very thankful for sharing what you know with us. I feel humble(If I understood) Been and old woman now a days is easier with these consciously way to improve flexibility in my body. I have seen a lot of changes in my core too. XOXO from Chile .

I just love watching and learning for your videos. I have been incorporating various moves into my fitness regime. I have ben trying hopping up to platforms at the gym which I never thought I would be able to do but I can no do the medium high level. I started with 6 inches. I am up to 3 sets of 10 hop ups. Amazing for a man that has had leg issues, a shoulder injury (Today was my year anniversary of surgery). I am doing great and your vids have given me some new ways to toughen up my shoulders and core, I have been doing sprint intervals . I am up to 5, 10 total rounds around the gym track. I am 69 and not giving up on total fitness. I like your fitness philosophy.

Love the video. Josh, when you have time, I think a lot of people would enjoy a video about the clothing that you wear. It’s been easy to find shoes that don’t restrict movement, but shorts and pants are harder to find. Whatever you’re wearing obviously don’t restrict you at all. I hate wearing pants to work that won’t even allow me to deep squat.. or they allow me, but then rip in a month

An ab workout that's not a million pushups and crunches?? Yes, please! I did two rounds and will try and add more over time. Not so challenging that I couldn't fully complete it, but challenging enough to get a light sweat going. Perfect mini-workout.

What a great video, Josh... truly a beginner's work out. So often, that tag is used and it's not really what my concept of beginner is. I tried this, not being a beginner, but an intermediate, and it was perfect, exactly what *should* be "prescribed" by anyone suggesting ab and core and glute work for a beginner: not too hard, yet involving challenges. Most excellent work seriously, and kudos to you for ALL of your efforts. This isn't the only video of yours I've watched (followed you over from Matt's Upright Health channel, another awesome resource) but now I am subscribed. Love love love your work. (And, I'm nice and warm this morning, though the outdoor temp here is only 1 degree Fahrenheit.
