This match was the first Semi-Final of the QuakeCon 2011 Duel Masters Tournament.
The tournament was held between August 4 - 7, 2011.

The game being played here is QuakeLive (an updated version of Quake III Arena)

strenx plays all times aggressive, always trying to kill kill kill. Sometimes he should choose situations when to be aggressive.

I dont think that you can. Its a setting that you can enable only in the demo-viewing program WolfCam, that I use to play back the QL replays.
