Sometimes just checking out how you’re doing on the basics can be so beneficial. It’s amazing how much of an effect diet and sleep can have.

The correlation between stress and the skin is soo, soo real! The more I stress the more dull/tired my skin looks and more congestion I get! Take care of your mind and internal world guys! Your skin will thank you for it! 🙏🏻💞✨

I really needed this video right now as I am so stressed out. It usually does affect my skin but since discovering your channel about 6 months ago I’ve used your recommendations and my skin is so so much better. It’s improved an enormous amount. But this video helped me think about my habits that I do when stressed that I should be more mindful of and I’ve dropped the ball with my meditation so will start back up again. Thank you both so much for all the hard work you put into this channel and your shop x💓x I’m so grateful to you both x

The Circadian Rhythm and "Body Clock" are not the same thing; even if they have the potential to "align". The circadian rhythm is an internal process that regulates the sleep-wake cycle in roughly 24hr rotations. It is influenced by environmental cues, such as light/dark, and physical health. However, it is not dependent on the societal 24hr clock. It is possible, and not uncommon, to have a functional circadian rhythm that is the complete opposite of the sun's path.

Can this Cosrx cream with snail be the cause of breakouts? I introduced it and the heimish all clean balm to my skincare routine, and I have been breaking out both with deep pimples and those small surface-level pimples that look like irritation or some sort of reaction. I do use a Cosrx low ph cleanser after it so I clean my skin properly and I've never had any problem with this cleanser, that's why I think the balm is the issue. While I am sure that the cleansing balm does break me out (pimples or should I say the irritation literally develop as I use the balm like it's crazy how quickly I get them as I use the balm), would you recommend giving a snail cream another shot and try it out once again? I am just scared that it will cause me even more breakouts. The cream felt not moisturizing enough and kind of dried out my skin, and Dr Dray said that you need to seal the Cosrx snail cream with another moisturizer. I have Purito Centella Unscented cream. Would you recommend doing that? My skin was pretty good before((
