Bought The Prime book. Read few chapter and very impressed. I am currently studying to be a Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultant in the UK and the principle of Ayurveda in the book are well written. I am a pharmacist and sadly disillusioned by the health care system in UK too that really has no intention on curing patients but merely to keep them drugged up!!
