Kiyomi, felt everything you said about weight however please don’t put too much pressure on yourself and know that’s it’s completely normal to feel like your starving when breastfeeding and are tired. The baby is getting all your nutrients and set small consistent goals for yourself when it comes to food and weight loss so it doesn’t overwhelm you

Kyomi a lot of the sensation you are feeling is from the relaxin hormone making your muscles feel looser and more "floppy" than pre pregnancy. Yes your body fat % has increased and you have experienced a bit of muscle atrophy, but the muscle you HAVE won't engage as well because of relaxin from pregnancy and breastfeeding. That will go away eventually when you wean and once you're sleeping more you will be able to put muscle back on.
