Stress Field Around an Edge Dislocation

In this video, we shall discuss the stress field around an edge dislocation. In the previous video, we discussed the stress field around a screw dislocation.
At 04:04 I have mistakenly stated the stress field to be plane stress. It is not plane stress but plane strain. This was first pointed out by Deepak Patel, see comment below.

Sir it will be plain strain condition not the plane stress. (i.e in plane stress condition, stress is one of the direction is zero).
