Yes! I love those moments when Jon is just tearing the problematic employees or managers/owners a new one, and he takes the time to point out that the good employees are trying and doing their best. Giving credit where it is due while on a Jon Taffer style tirade.

I was noticing that too! There were some Eisenhower dollars that were 40% silver for four years of their eight year mintage, but they aren't like the 90% silver luster like seen in earlier coins (which you can easily tell the difference between the silver color)

People like Donna getting Jon’s acknowledgment of how she turned down a drink and stuff, I feel like that’s a beginning of a new life and life of sobriety in that type of situation. If you’re strong enough during a stress test to turn down a drink you can say no whenever.

Something they didn't show was the family at 10:25. They did an amazing job... because the woman and husband had shakes from withdraw. So not only did they pull of a good service. The fact she refused the free drink was impressive too. When Jon first met them they we're completely wasted and their daughter was doing all the work. I really hope they kept the bar in good condition. They could have made enough money to pay their debt

Taffer gives people a very bad breakdown only to rebuilding them IF they’re willing to recognize their issues and fix them! These are some awesome examples of those people who stepped up to the challenge and fixed not only themselves but their businesses.

Believe it or not I actually watch Bar rescue specifically for the stress tests because I want to see them succeed. It's rare, but it's a joy to watch when it happens. It reminds me of the old Tom and Jerry cartoons where Tom occasionally triumphs. It's rare, but memorable 👍
