I really like how quickly John justifies the sunglasses for the one owner. Despite all the yelling, he seems very understanding of things that people might be sensitive to, so it's nice to see him immediately. Take an element of appearance that makes the bar owner look like they might not care, and make sure that his experts know that's not what's going on, and signals to them that it would probably be rude to try to make him take them off

Worked at a theme park had a new supervisor tell me to take my sun glasses off around night because its creepy especially in a kids area. Told the supervisor i knew that the sunglasses cut the strobe lights from the rides at night that set off my epilepsy. Never had another issue it was awesome.
